Scapula Set Exercise for Neck Pain/Headaches

Here's a Quick Vid of the Scapula Set "W" Exercise for breaking up prolonged sitting and postural reset.

By firing the lower and mid traps, the upper traps, which are often tonic are inhibited. This also raises the sternum, making it easier to do a cervical chin tuck exercise. This should be performed repeatedly (as often as possible) throughout the day for 10 second holds. As always, consult a physical therapist if your pain remains unchanged.
