Marching Shoulder W's - Great Runner Exercise

Most runner's, or triathletes should try this exercise, demonstrated with the usual excellence of Chris Johnson, PT.

Why you should do this exercise
  • works on lower body mobility, symmetry, and stability
  • works on upper body scapular stability
  • may help prevent injury in either upper or lower body

Try it for 2-3 minutes marching back and forth across the room or in front of a mirror.
