Is it a still or a movie below? It's Chris Johnson showing a great variation on the classic hip flexor stretch. This time for runners!
What would Chris be saying for instructions? I'd imagine it would be something along the lines of
- maintain upright posture
- push your foot into the wall to intensify the stretch, hold/relax
- concentrating on diaphragmatic breathing during the hold phase
- repeat on/off each side for 30-60 seconds
At least, that's what I'd be saying....
