Here's another widely believed myth: Running is bad for your knees. Not only does the general public think that, but many clinicians do as well.

- bending is bad for your knees?
- hopping is bad for your knees?
- squatting and lunging is bad for your knees?
- movement is bad for your knees?
Running may actually cause knee pain, but in most cases, it can be treated conservatively with physical therapy, good coaching on form, and a proper training schedule.
