Sloped Board Hold and Reverse Lunge Drill

I’ve been playing around a lot with these sloped board drills lately, in an effort to help build foot and arch control.

Very often gymnasts live in constant toe point position, leading to ankle dorsiflexion mobility restrictions and trouble controlling the rate of pronation. I think it’s very important that gymnasts work intrinsic foot stability to help disperse high landing forces, and I think this may be one good additional drill to build on. Shout out to Chris Johnson of Zeren PT for the inspiration, give them a shot!
