How to Foam Roll Your Upper Back

The thoracic spine (upper back) is one of the most forgotten about parts of human body! We spend so much time on our devices and hunched in chairs that we are LITERALLY folded forwards. It's time to take back what is yours. Grab your roller and work from the top to the bottom of your shoulder blades as seen in the video. Spend a minimum of 5 “reps”, leaning back over the roller in 5 different spots along your upper back. Just go to the point where you feel the stretch!
