Advanced Ankle Rehab/Prehab for Sprains

💥Dynamic Ankle Stability Training💥 Once you sprain your ankle you are much more susceptible to re-spraining that ankle because of the decrease in proprioception and strength of that ankle. I believe in dynamic drills that incorporate motor control of the entire lower extremity to anticipate and respond to an unstable environment. This is a MOD-ADVANCED drill that allows you to control how intense your perturbations are.
