Simple and Effective Hip Adductor Progression

A lot of rehab and exercise for the hips and knees focus on the hip abductors, as they tend to stabilize the hip and knee. Don't forget about the adductors to keep balanced and strong. Chris Johnson of Zeren PT and Performance shows an effective hip adductor progression.
